The Easter Trifle Cupcake collection... moist vanilla sponge, with a fruit, jelly and custard filling, topped with custard cream, more fruit and jelly & mini biscuits toppers (so much cake, so little time!)

As it is Easter Sunday, I thought it right to take some time to not only honour the season with cupcakes, but to reflect on what it means.

Easter is a celebration of resurrection and new life, of hope and redemption. Things we all need. I pray that as we enter this season, new and wonderful things come to fruition for you.
