Welcome all to my blog Mairrn! Today is the first of many where I will document my journey and hopefully my progress. I've been baking on a more serious level since 2007 doing family weddings and parties. This year I've decided to take it seriously and get good! Websites are costly and time consuming to set up but not so with blogs. The more I looked around though, I realised that a great blog is about great pictures and food styling, skills I haven't yet acquired.
